Come aboard on 16 or 17 October, have a look through the Leopard 46 and Leopard 46 Powercat, and find out how sharing a boat with Yachtshare works. We’re looking at adding both to the Yachtshare fleet, so tell us what you think, or register your interest in a share. A Yachtshare Team Member will be on hand to show you around. Dockside only, with no demo sails. No booking needed, but please register. Both boats are also available for private inspection by appointment from now until 19/10/2026, subject to availability.

Private inspections by appointment
Can’t make the open days, or would you rather look over the boat on your own? Both the Leopard 46 and the Leopard 46 Powercat are available for private inspection by appointment from now until 19/10/2026, subject to availability. Tell us which boat you’d like to see and how to reach you, and Anton or Larry will contact you to arrange a time.
Yachtshare model: how ownership works
Come with your questions. Here’s the short version of how ownership works in the Yachtshare model today.
- Hassle-free ownership — Yachtshare manages cleaning, maintenance and berthing, so owners don’t worry about the boat between trips.
- Fractional ownership — your own 1/10th share, with Yachtshare managing the day-to-day.
- Usage days — set days each year that fit real life, booked ahead.
- Home base — the Yachtshare fleet is based at Manly Boat Harbour in Brisbane.
- Walk on, walk off — arrive and enjoy the water. We handle the rest.
- Owner community — owners who share the boats, the sailing and the stories.
- Whitsundays — our current fleet heads north to the Whitsundays in winter.

No booking needed. Please register below so we know roughly how many people are coming. Open 4pm–7pm Friday 16/10 and 10am–3pm Saturday 17/10, and a Yachtshare Team Member will show you aboard. Registering also helps us follow up with you afterwards.
What to expect
- No booking needed. Friday 4pm–7pm, Saturday 10am–3pm. Please register above so we know roughly how many people are coming.
- Shoes off on board. Please take your shoes off before you step aboard. We’ll have somewhere to leave them.
- Parking. Please park in the visitors carpark at RQYS and sign in as a guest at RQYS Reception.
- Getting aboard. Please wear flat, non-slip shoes to the pontoon, and take them off before you step aboard. Pontoons and decks can be wet and slippery. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. A Yachtshare Team Member may ask you to wait if a boat is full (maximum 8 people aboard at a time).
- Dockside only. The boats are on the berth. There are no demo sails.
- A Yachtshare Team Member will be there to answer your questions.
- Bring a hat and sunscreen.
- Weather. If severe weather means we need to change or cancel, we’ll update this page and email or SMS everyone who has RSVP’d. Please check before you travel.
- Photography. We may take photos and video on the day. If you’d rather not be in them, tell a Yachtshare Team Member.
